Hi,
is the IDDIO during flash operation (typ 190mA) the complete IDDIO current or must I add the IDDIO during normal operation (typ 190mA+280mA). I think this is confusing.

I think it should be total current of normal and flash operation. Let me consult with other SME...will let you know when I have more information.

Hi Holger,

If the user is doing only flash erase/programming in the application, then the current consumption is 190mA. But, if user wants to do flash erase/programming during operational usage, then both values should be added up, even though it seems like overkill.
