Hello support team,

I converted a old workspace form CCS12.8 to CCS Theia 1.4.1.

The build works => no problem with compiler or include paths.

However the editor cannot find correct header file included in file, for example

adc.h here is my own file for adc functions.

In VSC I can fix it by adding include paths in c_cpp_properties.json but I don't think this file exists in CCSTheia.

Could you please help me with this?

Hi Quy,

Can you send a screenshot of your include options in your project properties as well as the file search paths? Are you importing an example from the C2000WARE SDK?

Hi Ryan,

Please find attached my demo project.

HelloWorld.zip

As I said I imported from CCS12 project.

It's compiled without any problem.

The header file adc.h in main.c cannot be found correctly.

Hi Quy,

I have filed this as a bug. For now the work around is going to be editing the settings.json file.

Open the General Settings page (or Ctrl+,) and click the “{}” toolbar icon.

To workaround the issue, try adding this into the settings.json file, it seems to work for me when I test and go to correct adc.h. Change the path to your original adc.h file location.

"-IC:/Users/Downloads/HelloWorld/240006_HV/src/driver"

]

Hi Ryan,

Thank you for the workaround.

I changed your guide a little bit. Instead of settings.json, I added this into *.theia-workspace of the project. It's the better solution for me.
