TMS320F28P650DK: Important and urgent：The issue of chip heating

We have one of our systems applications run the application in our launchpad and did not see the same rise in temperature as what is observed by the customer.  Thermal analysis only shows rise of up to 47degC after running the code for 30 minutes.  I noted also some items to check in my other post on this same topic: (3) LAUNCHXL-F28P65X: Abnormal high temp - C2000 microcontrollers forum - C2000︎ microcontrollers - TI E2E support forums.  I addition, please have customer check the voltages are within the specifications for VDDIO, VDDA, VDD and input levels are not exceeding VDDIO.

There should be no abnormal power supply. Is it convenient for you to provide your email and current address? Can I send the board to you for inspection?
