I have on table TMS320F28386D, XDS110 JTAG Debug Probe and *.s19 firmware file. Can I flash this MCU using UniFlash or Code Composer Studio? Or, is there another software that can be used for this purpose?

Hi,
I have installed CCS, created an empty project with main.c , build it and flash. It works, so I suspect my hardware configuration is correct. Unfortunately I'm not know how import my s19 file to CCS. I try Run->Load->Select Program to Load but there is no option to select file with s19 extension. Can you give me some advice how to do this?
