Dear Team,
We have developed motor drive using tms320f280049c and we used tmiddk servo algorithm to run the bldc motor.
At first, we used a switched mode power supply to give input to the motor drive. The motor runs fine, we tested it at the rated speed and rated torque.
Then, we connected motor drive with uncontrolled power supply we just used an bridge rectifier and converted dc is directly connected to the bus. In that we run the bldc but our mosfet is failed. We can't find what went wrong? please help us to resolve this.

Bus voltage - 70v
Pwm frequency- 100khz
Maximum current- 10A
Motor Rpm - 12000 rpm rated
