I would like to ask if there is any TI LaunchPad Real-Time MCU Development Kit available that includes four Enhanced Quadrature Encoder Pulse (eQEP) modules?

Thanks for answering. However, I check the User's guide from the C2000 F28P65x Series LaunchPad Development Kit, and it seems to appear only two Encoders connecters (EQEP1, EQEP2)

Apologize I thought you were asking for the number of peripherals. Unfortunately there are only 2 encoder connectors on the launchpad.
