Simulink + TMS320F28069

Hi,
I need to transform a simulink model to the C code. C code hierarchy (libraries, constants, peripherals etc.) should be as in CCSv4.
Why does I want it ? I wrote settings for peripherals in CCSv4. I use CCSv4 for all (building,debugging). Now I need to fill in
my simulink model (digital filter) to C code to CCSv4.
Problem : I don´t know how to do it. I don´t know if it is possible. Can you help me step by step ? In Simulink, there's no direct support for F2806x devices.
