Why am I getting this error

C28xx_CPU1: GEL Output: ... DCSM Initialization Done ...

C28xx_CPU1: GEL Output: ... DCSM Initialization Done ...
C28xx_CPU1: Warning: Failed unlocking device (zone 1) after reset.
C28xx_CPU1: Warning: Failed unlocking device (zone 2) after reset.
C28xx_CPU1: Flash Programmer: Error erasing Sector 0. FMSTAT (STATCMD on some devices) value = 1040. Operation Cancelled (0).
C28xx_CPU1: File Loader: Memory write failed: Unknown error
C28xx_CPU1: GEL: File: D:/......./Ctrl.out: Load failed.

Its showing error loading the .out file

and may I know whether below is the correct format of writing debugServer.openSession

debugSession = debugServer.openSession("Texas Instruments XDS110 USB Debug Probe_0/C28xx_CPU1")

    Hi Anil,

    Have you programmed custom CSM passwords or configured the DCSM at all? Do you get this same issue if you provide the default CSM passwords to the CSMPSWD fields in the On-Chip flash tool? The default CSM passwords are located in the DCSM section of the TRM.
