Can I debug the f28p650dk 176PIN with the XDS100V3 and the CCSV12?

If yes,

where is the TRST#-PIN of the JTAG connector of the XDS100V3 connected to the f28p650dk?

If not,

which DEBUGER do I need to be able to debug the f28p650dk 176PIN?
