LAUNCHXL-F280049C: CCS connection error

Part Number: LAUNCHXL-F280049C
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: C2000WARE, TMS320F280049C

Tool/software:

Dear Sir,
I am PSIM engineer in Altair Korea.
Use the F280049C board to test and view the PSIM's conversion code on the TI Demo board.
When connected to USB, Device Manager on the PC is displayed as normal, as shown below.
However, when you run 'Test Connection' in the CCS program, there is no response, and Device Manager receives the following error.
Is it necessary to install a separate USB driver? If so, I would like to ask you to share the program.

If you see my screen, there is already 'cJTAG in 2-pin advanced mode' setting.
but there error situation is same.
Please check this.
Best Regards,
  • Hello,

Since you are using the F28004x launchpad, please make sure you are using the TMS320F280049C_LaunchPad.ccxml file when debugging. This can be found in [C2000ware install]/device_support/f28004x/common/targetConfigs/.

Also, which version of CCS are you using?

    Best Regards,

    Delaney
