TMS320F280025C: Transform .out to .bin error

Hi sir

I follow CCS toturial as below websit, < 6.1.3.4. Pre and Post Build Steps >

Using the same command but it doesn't work. I can not generate .bin

I suspect you build your program for EABI. In that case, please see this forum thread for a description of the problem, and a workaround.

Regarding the content, I want to know where the instructions in the ROMS{} part should be placed.

The ROMS directive is written in a hex command file. The last part of the article Hex utility in CCS shows how to configure a CCS project to use a hex command file.
