TMS320F280039C: ADC test via boundary scan , XTAL test via boundary scan

Part Number: TMS320F280039C

Tool/software:

Hello,

We are using the TMS320F280039C processor and testing it via boundary scan with xjtag. However, I am unable to read the ADC channels through the boundary scan. Is this normal, or is it possible to test the ADC channels using boundary scan?

Additionally, when I switch to boundary scan mode, I cannot observe the oscillation on the XTAL pin. However, I can see it when the processor is in boot mode or when the processor is not programmed. Is this an expected behavior? Is there a way to disable the XTAL without switching to boot mode?

Thank you for your assistance.
