LAUNCHXL-F280039C: How to use LAUNCHXL-F280039C as a standalone emulator?

Part Number: LAUNCHXL-F280039C
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMDSEMU110-U

Tool/software:

I successfully achieved communication between TMDSEMU110-U and the control board I drew by myself. But this emulator is probably not isolated, so I want to use the isolated emulator on the LAUNCHXL-F280039C  development board, and all of the jumpers are removed from J101 according to the user guide.I used four 20cm long DuPont wires to connect TDI, TDO, TMS, and TCK separately, and configured CCS12.2 as JTAG (1149.1), but it showed that it could not be connected to the controller's registers. Please help analyze why the connection cannot be made and which step went wrong? Thanks.
