TMS320F28377S: GND Problem?

Tool/software:

Using TMS320F28377S, Analog GND: 17/35/36 feet; Digital GND 101 feet,
1. Using a multimeter to test this chip, why are PIN17 and PIN35 connected to PIN101, and PIN36 connected to PIN101?
2. Are the PIN17 and PIN35 connected directly to the PIN101 or are there devices in the middle that filter out the high frequency?
3.PIN36 is not connected to PIN101. What is the voltage between the two pins?

    The system integration level details are provided in the datasheet. The intention is for these pins to be at a ground potential. If desired, the customer my split the analog and digital ground planes, but please note if done poorly this can lead to more noise.

    As for how they are connected inside the device, this is TI's secret recipe. If you have a justifiable reason as to why this information is pertinent to your implementation, then we can discuss further.
