C2000WARE: Who knows what the inductance values of L2, L4, and L5 in this schematic are?

If you are looking at schematic from webpage (ti.com), it doesnt open any of the component information. open this link (https://www.ti.com/tool/TIDM-1000#tech-docs ) and scroll down to the design files which contain the BOM info. 

Alternatively, 

You can get the info from C2000ware at below path, C:\ti\c2000\C2000Ware_DigitalPower_SDK_5_03_00_00\solutions\tidm_1000\hardware\MCU011A\DesignOutputs\Schematics

that has component info as well as BOM.
