We use this LaunchXL to develop own software. 

Is-it possible to sell this board inside our system to a customer? if not, T.I. could be send us a authorization ?

    Hi,

    We have had similar inquiries like this in the past and our recommendation has been that it’s possible to do so but really not recommended since the boards are designed primarily for evaluation and not for system integration. We allow resale of boards through approve distributors like Mouser but do note that our boards are not FCC approved for resale. 

    Depending on the exact end equipment you are working on and the quantity requirements you intend to produce, I’m not sure TI would be able to support large orders of these boards. General recommendation is to design a custom SOM for your board so you can optimize signal routing and space requirements for your system
