TMS320F28388D: TMS320F28388D PCB Design Guideline or Design rules

In general, you can use TMDSCNCD28388D control card design as base. Design files are available here-- ti\c2000\C2000Ware_5_03_00_00\boards\controlCARDs\TMDSCNCD28388D\Rev.B

if using altium designer, PCB rules can be standard and use the similar settings from controlcard.
