    Hi,

    <device>_headers_bios.cmd and <device>_headers_nonbios.cmd are used for mapping the peripheral registers structs (bitfields support) at the respective peripheral addresses. This allocation is fixed irrespective or whether the application is running from RAM or Flash. No changes are expected when moving from RAM to Flash.
