Would TI consider working with Segger to add Jlink debug probe support for the C2000 series microcontrollers?

I found an interesting thread on Segger's forums saying they could adding support would be possible.

Hi,

We would definitely be able to help Segger add support for C2000, but it would still be a lot of work for them.

It sounds like they wouldn't be interested unless they have a customer willing to pay for it.
