I could not locate similar data for C2000.

I am not exactly sure what is meant by input bandwidth.
The ADC can take ~4MSPS, and it has a sample time of ~75ns.
The ability of the ADC to capture a signal will largely depend on the circuit driving the ADC, but the ADC itself does have a LPF.
Corner frequency is about 25MHz depending on the specific ADC channel, I think that is what they mean by input bandwidth. Also, if you're going to be working with our ADCs, I recommend that you check out this app note: https://www.ti.com/lit/spract6
