TMS320F2800157: Debug problem

Has the customer programmed custom CSM passwords? If so, the device will become locked after every device reset, so flash programming will not be possible unless the device is manually unlocked after each reset.

As customer said it is a new chip that hasn't been used or reset before, so it has little possibility that the chip is locked. thanks!
