TMS320F28P650SH: failed to parse the previous FP

Hi TI expert,

My customer is evaluating F28P65 but "failed to parse the previous FP" error occur when they run the code. We find the error is caused by "Sysctl_delay" and "F28x_usDelay"  when dP65 do the initialization. The issue only occur when they use their own code. If they use demo code in C2000ware, there is no problem. But the initialization code are the same whether it is their own code or our demo code. 

For the customer's code, most of the files are .cpp , and the entire project is compiled by include method. We are not sure if this method will lead to this issue. Could you please comments on how to fix it?
