Hi E2E,

When we use the TMS320F28375D.

We ran into a situation in our operation that didn't meet our expectations.

When we multiply a number(ACR_Ki) by 0(ACR_Err) and divide by 16,384, we get a negative number(-4116)

What's the reason? Did we write the code wrong?

Something sounds wrong here, and I cannot be sure without seeing the code.

Are only long data types being used?

Hi Tommy,

Can you try adding parenthesis around the multiply of p->ACR_Err and p->ACR_Ki? Also, it may be considering the * to be dereferencing of the pointer rather than the multiplication operation. Can you try putting spaces around the * symbol?
