TMS320F28388D: Compiling a CCS System Project - unable to open file error

Part Number: TMS320F28388D

Tool/software:

I am compiling a system project and getting a strange error :

"unable to open file: $(from_system_xml:AstrapSys:Cortex_M4_0)"

Where the system project in question is "AstrapSys"   and "Cotex_M4_0" is the core of the TI C2000 part.

What does this mean, how can I fix it ?  I have the project defined as "ethernet_ext4_ptp_basic_master" as the M4 project, you can see this in the screenshot

    Are you seeing any similar issue when building an existing Ethernet example in the SDK?

    Let me loop ethernet experts for better clarity.

    Also can you provide more details on the included files and the project properties.
