TMS320F2800137: CCS Debug FlashSeting issue

Tool/software:

I'm using my flash application with the settings attached below, but she always erases my Sector32 data.

I've set CMDWEPROTB to 0x00000FFF, theoretically it shouldn't erase Sector32,

is there anything I haven't noticed? Thank you for your help.
