Tool/software:

I debug and load my code on the launchpad and it works fine but when I disconnect the XDS110 probe for a moment, the code is erased and I have to upload the Code again.In the code I disable the watchdog timer too. I am fairly new so if there are any specific Flash settings i dont know about, please let me know.

Hi Momina,

Can you confirm that you are using the FLASH build configuration and not RAM? If you are using any C2000Ware examples, they come with RAM and FLASH builds you can easily switch between. If you are using your own custom project, you can follow a similar process.

Heyy Aishwarya,

I was in fact using a RAM linker cmd file instead of a FLASH one in my custom project, and adding in the _FLASH in predefined symbols resolved the issue. Thanks for your help!
