At 3200rpm of the motor, the phase current reaches 240A, while at the same voltage, the competitor is 3400rpm Only 240A, increase the maximum phase current to 260A, and increase the speed by about 10rpm. I have the same in the past, this has been solved by checking/comparing the maximum modulation index, when field weakening is introduced (if used) or at saturation.

Aligning the maximum modulation index with the reference product has also align the performance...

Yes. You can try to increase the DC bus voltage to see if the maximum running speed will increase accordingly. If yes, that means you have to implement the field weakening.
