TMS320F28335: CAN Data didn't receive data what am i missing?

Part Number: TMS320F28335

Tool/software:

i'm using TMS320F28335 

i'm trying apply CAN Type absolute encoder 

but sometime not receive CAN Data not always i don't understand this situation

so i changed everything but not change this situation 

It was confirmed that the resistance at both ends of CAN High and CAN Low was 60 ohms.

I also confirmed that the waveform input was normal using an oscilloscope.

However, it often happens that data is not received., so i tried reduce Bit rate.

didn't change anythings  What am I missing?

this situation is decided when Power on.

other component data is successfully received data, but only absolute encoder is didn't receive  

i need help
