Does TI have any solution that would operate with TMS320F28334 for applications invoving EtherCAT & CANOpen? Any documentation on this subject?

    Himansu,

    EtherCAT is done by an external ASIC chip (from Hilscher), in FPGA, or from the ICSS peripheral in the Sitara devices. F28334 can communicate to these through SPI or EMIF.

    CANopen is a protocol stack that uses the eCAN peripheral. www.simmasoftware.com is who we recommend, but there are others like Vector and Port.
