Hi,

Subject: Motor Driver Forum.

We are working on developing motor control using sensor less software FOC control and we are facing minor issue in output waveform of 3 phase motor which is generated using space vector modulation index working in open loop configuration.

Every 6 cycle there is minor glitch in output waveform for phase to phase supply to motor. Hereby we are attaching output waveform of 3-phase and below details of controller.

MCU: - TMS320F28023

Sequence followed:

  • Inverter ISR frequency 8 kHz.
  • Every PWM interrupt ADC gets Triggered and on every ADC interrupt FOC ISR loop is executed.
  • Using 2 shunt motor current sensing topology.

Bellow is sequence of FOC loop.

Ramp Control, Ramp Generation, Clarke transform, Park Transform, Speed PI loop, IQ PI loop, ID PI loop, Ipark transform, phase transformation, Space vector generation and PWM duty cycle application.
