I am looking at the TRM, spruii0e, and the CLA Registers section. It shows an instance of Cla1Regs with a base address of 0x1400. Is this address to be used by both the C28 core and the CLA?

Hi Ed,
The Cla1Regs are an instance of CLA_REGS, which are only accessible via the CPU. So, the 0x1400 base address is only relevant for the main CPU.
