We tried to run the example of f2800x_mppt_dcdc of reference design tidm-solar-dcdc in CCS into the launchpad without doing any modifications but it couldn’t connect to the SFRA GUI, we checked the sfra configurations in the code and everything looks well. Also we tried to connect another example from the SFRA examples to check if the problem is from our launchpad or its connection and it is connected without any issues.

Ali,

Did you follow below steps, while connecting to GUI after running the firmware!
Entering correct baud rate, COM Port selection correctly and unchecking the "Boot on connect"

If yes! Can you provide snippet of tool with disconnect message, that would help in easier debug!

Hi Shashank,

Yes all these steps are followed and still the same problem. Below are the snippets of the GUI and the message.

Note: Same launchpad is working fine with "example1_stb_f28004x_f32_tmu_eabi" example and SFRA is connecting well.
