Problem with IQmath library in standalone application.

I have a problem with the standalone execution of my program on TMS320F2809. The program works fine under CCS but it hangs after disconnecting and resetting. I have found out  it hangs during executing the _IQ20sin function. The program works standalone after excluding IQmath functions. I perform copying .trcdata and .hwi_vec sections from flash to RAM according SPRA958F "Running an Application from Internal Flash Memory on the TMS320F28xx DSP".

I'm using CCS v3.3 and my project is DSP/BIOS project.  Can anybody help me?
