Hello, I have been trying to connect the XDS110 debugger to TMS320F280049C MCU on PCB. I am using the TI20-14pin converter and have connected all necessary pins. How would I go about resolving this error & how do I enable the internal pull up resistors on TDO and TDI. Thanks.
