TMS320F28379D: Control Card does not work: Setup Requirements

Tool/software:

I am attaching photo of First control card showing its setup of A:SW1 and SW1, and I am connecting to it using using XDS100v2 onboard emulator. 

I don't see any PWM outputs and the program is running from Flash. Surely, I have tried restarting the control card. The control card outputs PWM when I run the program from RAM instead of downloading it to FLASH. I have also removed R83 but no luck for getting the PWM to output that is measured using oscilloscope. The second control card has the same issue. 

There is a third control card with setup, A:SW1 is set as 1 ON (up) and 2 OFF (down) and SW1 : 1 UP AND 2 UP. This control card works fine and outputs PWM. R83 is not removed from this control card. I have tried this configuration on the other control cards too. 

Could you please help in fixing the issue?

    Hi,

    What are the revision numbers for the controlCARDs? The board pictured is green which indicates it is engineering revision, released latest versions are blue.

    Is the same code being used on all controlCARDs identical? Any other issues connecting to the board?
