Hi Lawrence,

Can you provide more information about what the application code is doing? Is it attempting to use CPU2 in some fashion? I would recommend referring to our IPC/dual-core examples for proper usage of both cores.

Hi Luke,

The issue is there should not be any IPC as the application is only running on the single core. Is it the GEL script doing this?

Did the customer attempt to upload code to both CPU1 and CPU2 at some point by leaving both cores checked? If so, could they erase the flash contents of both CPUs via the On-Chip flash tool and try reloading their application to CPU1 only?
