IC(TMS320F28035) is getting warm when it's running

We are testing [C:\TI\controlSUITE\development_kits\DRV830x-HC-C2-KIT_v100\BLDC_Int] on DRV8301-HC-C2-KIT.

We found that IC(TMS320F28035) is getting warm(estimate temp. around 45C) when it's running.  Why it getting warm ? Is this a normal work case ?
