We are currently assisting the customer with PCBA production and need to program two .out files (boot.out & app.out).

During production line automation, is it possible to program the files without using Code Composer Studio?

Yes you can refer to the debug server script. Here is some resoureces for you to get started.

Essentially allows you to run CCS in headless mode, without the need of the GUI, and you're able to program the device through javascript.
