Which boot mode are you planning to implement? Below is a snippet from the TRM showing the possible options for F2837xD.

Hi,

I basically need to design UDS over CAN flashing.Before that I need to design bootloader.I have two questions

1. will CAN bootloader be helpful to achieve this
2.with CAN bootloader, UDS can be implemented ?

Hi,

Texas Instruments' Support - Simma Software has support for the UDS protocol stack with C2000 devices. Developing a CAN bootloader to be used with this device is a viable option.
