I apologize for the delay. How are you testing the execution time? With a GPIO toggle? A timer counter module?

Is it possible that the program is taking a different logical path in each case? Ex. entering an if statement that has more code. Please provide more information about your application.

I have discovered a reason:when i used ccs to test the code,the RWAIT is 2;but the default is 15;

when power off ,i don't config the RWAIT,so the value of RWAIT is 15,so the execution time changed long.

i want to kown when to change RWAIT used ccs?what is the difference between used ccs and power off?What did you do in romboot ？

Hello Youjun,

Please make sure your code calls Flash_initModule() to properly initialize Flash. This is taken care of if you use SysConfig. The initialization code should look something like this:
