When the DSP chip TMS320F28335PGFA is used by the customer main control board FB201 V1.3, the chip program cannot run normally during power-on. The symptoms are as follows:
(1) Circuit board number 1, download the inverter program number V1.1 runs normally, repeatedly powered on 100 times, there is no program can not load and run normally. However, this circuit board downloaded another set of program number V3.1, repeatedly powered on 100 times, and 47 times could not load and run normally.
(2) Circuit board number 2, download the inverter program number V1.1 runs normally, repeatedly powered on 100 times, there is no program can not load and run normally. However, this circuit board downloaded another set of program number V3.1, repeatedly powered on 100 times, and 39 times could not load and run normally.
After replacing the DSP chip (FIG.1, Chip 1) on this circuit board with a new chip (FIG. 2, chip 2), re-download the program number V3.1, test repeatedly 100 times, and it can be loaded and started normally.
At present, it is not possible to locate what is the cause of the above problems, if there is a problem with the program, the problem is solved after replacing the chip; If there is a problem with the hardware, there is no startup problem when replacing other software. I have looked at the chip screen printing here, which was generated in 23 years, and there is no problem. Please help to troubleshoot the problem, thank you.
