LAUNCHXL-F28379D: Resetting device to factory settings

Hi,

I am using the TI LAUNCHXL-F28379D for my project, with Simulink to code the microcontroller. I experimented with the c28CPU1 and c28CPU2 cores and their associated clocking frequencies in the Hardware Implementation settings to observe their impact on the code. After reverting these settings to their initial state, I noticed that the GPIO pin outputs for the same code are now different from what I observed earlier, before making any changes.

I suspect my actions may have affected the clocking or counters of the LAUNCHXL-F28379D. Could you please advise on how to reset the device to its factory settings?
