TMS320F28335: How to update firmware using bin file

The primary bootloader flash kernel accepts TI-TXT hex files as format. But for more on Bootloader Format Structure there is a reference in SPRABV4 to the ROM loaders Bootloader Data Stream Structure where it describes the format using Hex Utility (ex. https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/sprui33h/sprui33h.pdf Section 4.7). A boot table is required and the supported format is COFF.
