TMS320F28335: The difference between TMS320F28335ZHHA and TMS320F28335ZAYA

Hi Expert,

what are the difference between TMS320F28335ZHHA and TMS320F28335ZAYA?

as my understanding, there only have some difference on package, but customer feedback that they can not program the code to TMS320F28335ZAYA which work for TMS320F28335ZHHA.  any suggestion?

    Hi Strong, correct it is only a minor package difference and they are drop in replaceable.  We should not expect the flash programming to be related to the package, something else is the cause.  We have not received any other customer complaining of such an issue either so we need to start with the basics:

    Who is the customer?

    Has anything else changed in their setup?

    What is the quantity of failing material?  What percentage of ZAY is having an issue?

    Can you provide the LTCs of suspect material?
