LAUNCHXL-F28P65X: Multi Core Debugging for 65x in CCS

Hi TI experts,

I wanted to know how exactly can i debug a multicore project in CCS . I am not able to debug the example LED codes for multi core. Can someone point me to the latest guide for it . I went through the development user guide for multi core development but its still not clear. Can someone outline the steps. And can i use the second core to do time consuming codes while my main core focusses on critical tasks parallelly of the same application code, is that the point of dual CPU, or is it for running two different programs altogether. How much performance boost am i looking at if its the former as developing dual core applications have overhead.
