Hello,

I have a couple of questions regarding the C28x Boot ROM code.

  1. Can this Boot ROM code be bypassed at all?

  2. If my understanding is correct, the C28x Boot ROM source code is supplied in the C200Ware install.  I am wondering, however, if there is a way to verify that the code supplied with C200Ware matches what was shipped with the particular TMS320F2834D that is running our software?  Is there a possibility that different C200Ware install versions contain different Boot ROM code than each other?

  3. Is there a Boot ROM version number that we can access from our application?

  4. If we have the source code for the Boot ROM, can we load the symbols and debug it on the processor?
