I think my team could manage to get a NDA.
My question is more technical. Will it be easy for them to implement an f28388D OpenOCD support if we get these informations.
What will be the stages to implement this support ? How long do you think it might take ?

Please allow me a couple days to connect you with an FAE.

I do not think it will be easy. Recently, it took a team that specialized in making JTAG programmers several weeks to create a JTAG programmer for one of our devices. 

I think that is really the only useful information that I could give.
