TMS320F28377D: need to use printf

Hi Support Team,

To be able to use printf(),I have #include< stdio.h> file in the project.
But Printf() is not working on consol window.
I need to use printf in debug session. Please assist which step is missed?

Hi
I am using customized board with TMS320F28377DPTP and external debugger for debugging .

I have some printf inside the CAN receive interrupt.I see action inside the interrupt is happening but for further debugging I need to use printf .But those are not giving any output on console.I tried increasing heap size as well but that is not helping .
Please assist

Hello,

Can you try printing a simple message like in the code below (before your program loop) and verifying it works? For reference, this from section 8.2.1 High-Level I/O Functions of the C28x Compiler manual (linked here) which also has a lot of helpful information about C I/O functions.
