Tool/software:
We're have a product using the SM320F2808PZMEP processor where we flash it using a JTAG programmer. This has worked well for many years but lately we're getting a lot of programming errors (see attached screenshots).
Replacing the processor seems to fix the problem but I don't necessarily believe the processors are actually bad. I did attach a photo of one of the parts that shows lot code.
Soldering on the chips looks good as well.
Any suggestions?
