I am desinging a new board based on TMS320F28P650DK microprocessor. On this board there is a 6pin connector that is left for debugging purposes. The picture is shown below.

Is it possible to use this kind of connector with XDS110 debug probe? If I only connect TDI, TDO, TCK,TMS 3.3 and GND to the debug probe how should be connected the rest of the pins of XDS110? Also, where should 3.3V be connected to?

    There are a few pins which have to be pulled to certain values, EMU1 and EMU 0 are examples of this. You can see how this is handled in TMDSHSECDOCK + TMDSCNCD28P65x. As the TMDSHSECDOCK enables external Emulation connection through a TI14 pin header.
